How do I schedule our first meeting?
It's easier than you think. Please fill out the design intake form. You can find it here. We will promptly follow up with your preferred communication method to schedule a formal date and time. We can't wait to meet and help you with your vision and design goals.
Where does the discovery meeting take place?
Since we operate nationwide, we've made it super convenient for you. Our appointments take place via Zoom conference, making it possible to join from anywhere with a good internet connection. And if you're new to Zoom, don't worry-we'll guide you through the process.
Do you offer a referral program?
The greatest compliment is a referral, and we encourage you to share with as many people as you like. Every valid referral is an extra 10% off our goods and services for both parties.

Is it possible to get more than one service at once?
No doubt. However, we recommend filling out the project intake form, and then one of our outstanding and caring designers will assist you in determining what will work best for your specific goals. (We will never sell anything unnecessary to complete a project. Your goals matter to us. You matter to us.)

How long do I have to return an item?
For all items in the Shop, we offer a generous 30 Calendar days from the actual delivery date for returns. We understand that circumstances may vary, so feel free to learn more about our Returns & Refunds Policy for further details.
I want to return something, what do I do?
First, please review the Returns & Refunds Policy to confirm your product qualifies for a return.
To initiate a return:
Send an email within 30 calendar days of receipt to returns@rippleoutstudio.com.
Please include the order number, date of purchase, and product name you wish to return.
Include whether you would prefer a store credit, refund, or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: a customer must first receive a return authorization from us before any return can be executed and completed.

What condition must returned items be?
Returned item(s) must be delivered to us unused, with original packaging, and in the condition they were received. For additional details, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Are some items restricted from being returned?
Due to the sensitive nature of some items in the store, all refunds are subject to a review prior to approval:

Is the customer responsible for return shipping costs?
Unfortunately, all return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be the customer's responsibility. However, we review each case to ensure goodwill and accuracy.

Will the business provide the customer with prepaid shipping labels?
We know another human being is on the other side, so we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. Still, we will always lean toward a consistent approach with our customers.

Are any restocking fees or other charges subtracted from refunded amounts?
Full-price qualified item(s) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, minus the shipping charges.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and email helpdesk@rippleoutstudio.com. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations for items that have already shipped. However, rest assured that reviews of any pending return or refund will commence upon delivery, ensuring a smooth process.

Where can I place my order?
Click here to visit RippleOut Studio's Shop. When ready, follow the quick and easy steps below to complete the order. It's a straightforward process that you can easily navigate:
Search the store for an item you wish to purchase.
Once found, click the "Add to Cart" button.
Your cart will be visible with the item(s) selected on the right side of the screen. (You can always minimize this window to continue shopping.)
To complete the purchase, click "Checkout," which initiates the secure and quick checkout process.

When will my debit or credit card be billed?
For the Gift Shop: we process payment at the point of sale.
For client projects: This will be discussed in our complimentary discovery meeting.
Please remember that most financial institutions will debit the actual purchase amount whenever a point of sale occurs. We will not release pre-authorized holds if an item has already shipped. We recommend using the proper channels to contact your financial institution with your concerns if this occurs.
Can I pay for something in cash?
Not at this time. We are an online-based company. Rest assured - each transaction on our site is conducted with the highest level of security protocol, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to keeping your information safe.
Do you accept crypto-currency?
